Norbert Waldenmayer, President of Helena Development LLC, holds an MA in Public Administration from Pepperdine University. He has been in the real estate development and redevelopment field since 1977. His experience in commercial real estate development, construction and sales is extensive, spanning high rise hotel and shopping center construction, garden office and light industrial development, construction of federal and state projects, and a variety of custom and semi-custom residential projects. Additionally, he has been involved in real estate management and rehabilitation of residential housing, subdivision processing and construction, major public utility improvements and City annexation projects. Possessing a respectful personality with a penchant for humor, Norbert is also the consummate professional. If you ask someone who knows him they will describe him as a "perfectionist," "demanding," "understanding," and "hard working." Inevitably the word "integrity" comes up. His motto is "quality does make a difference" and there is no substitute for hard work.

Corinne Waldenmayer, President, Corinne waldenmayer Inc. and Managing Director of Helena Development LLC, is a real estate professional and a software engineer. A graduate from California State University, she has many years of experience in managing financial and technology initiatives in multiple Fortune 500, mid-market , and start-up companies. Corinne is licensed as a real estate salesperson in the state of California and has been in the top 7% of all real estate agents in the Prudential network for several years. In Montana, she holds a broker's license and is the owner/broker of Walden Properties. In her capacity as managing director of Helena Development LLC, Corinne is responsible for off-site operations, contracts and legal matters, and the sales and marketing of all Helena Development LLC's projects.

.Jim Goltry, Project Manager for Helena Development LLC, is a general contractor with 30+ years of experience in the construction industry. Jim has practiced his trade in New York State, California and Montana.
